  Flexible Cancellation Window

  • 48+ hours before the tour – Full refund.

  • 24–48 hours before the tour – 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show – No refund.

    Weather & Safety

  • Tours run rain or shine, but unsafe trail conditions or severe weather may require cancellation for your safety.

  • If we cancel, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

   Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early.

  • Guests who arrive late or fail to show up forfeit the tour cost.

   Minimum Participants

  • A minimum number of riders may be required to operate the tour.

  • If the minimum isn’t met, you’ll receive a full refund or may rebook for another date.
